Shipping Terms

Minimum order
Modadezza does not have a minimum order amount for standard orders. However, there is a minimum order of $500 for retailers who are purchasing product at wholesale prices for resale.

Currencies
Our catalog is displayed in US dollars for customers located in the USA and for all other locations except Canada. The catalog is displayed in Canadian dollars for customers who are located in Canada.

Checkout
Checkout takes place via "View Order", where you will see the complete content of your order. "Confirm Order" will bring you to a screen to review your order and proceed through checkout.

Order processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday.

Order fulfillment
Shipping times vary according to inventory levels at the time an order is placed. Orders for in-stock items are usually fulfilled the following business day, unless an item is out of stock. You will be notified by e-mail or by telephone if any items are not immediately available before your credit card payment is processed.

Shipping rates
At time of checkout, we provide you with the shipping cost for sending your order. All orders being sent within the Continental USA and Canada are sent by standard ground courier unless we receive special instructions within 2 hours of receiving your order. Special shipping requests should be sent by e-mail to support@modadezza.com. Upon receiving your e-mail, we will contact you by return e-mail or by telephone in order to discuss other available shipping options and costs before processing your order or your payment.

Sales taxes
Applicable state/provincial taxes will be applied to your order based on the state/province associated with your address as specified in your account profile.

Tracking your package
When your order is shipped, you will be sent an e-mail containing a tracking number. The tracking number will enable you to track your package.

Returns
Returns are not permitted on lingerie and swimwear. Size exhanges are possible on all other items, pending availability of inventory. However, you must notify support@modadezza.com within 15 days of receiving your order if you would like to exchange your item for an alternate size. If we are unable to organize a replacement shipment within 10 days, we will issue a full refund. The refund will be processed to the original credit card number provided at the time the order was placed.

Damaged items
If items are found to be damaged on receipt of your shipment, you must e-mail support@modadezza.com and request an authorization code to return a shipment. Only shipments carrying an authorization code will be accepted at our warehouse. On receipt of your shipment, you will be entitled to receive a replacement shipment unless the items are out of stock. If we are unable to organize a replacement shipment within 30 days, we will issue a full refund. The refund will be processed to the original credit card number provided at the time the order was placed.

Donations for online orders
Modadezza will donate 10% of the retail value of your online orders to the non-profit or charitable organization that you have selected and saved in your Account Profile. The donation will occur approximately 30 days after your product is shipped to you. The amount of each donation is calculated on the retail value of your order before delivery charges and any applicable taxes are applied. No returns are possible whatsoever after Modadezza has made the donation.
